I am a native of Randleman, North Carolina. I first came to Greenville to attend East Carolina University and later returned with my husband Terry to the home of the Pirates, my favorite eastern North Carolina town. Both of our children were born in Greenville. Kellie Allen Brown is married to Clay Brown with daughters Dayla, Bailey, and Reagan; and John Allen is married to Hannah Allen who live in Virginia Beach with son Asher and daughters Adrielle and Selah. We are members of Covenant Methodist Church. I enjoy playing piano and attending ECU football games, plays, concerts, gymnastic meets, soccer games, and softball games. Most of all…just playing with my family!
I have been a broker at Aldridge & Southerland since 1989 a member of the Pitt Greenville Association of Realtors and North Carolina Association of Realtors. Post licensing designations include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), and SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist).
I love being a real estate agent because buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments most people will make, and I am passionate about making it a good experience! I see my role as a Realtor as an invaluable service that I provide to my clients and I take this role seriously. I love to see my clients reach their personal real estate goals and it is always a joy to be a part of it. I don’t want to be the realtor for one transaction.
